How can I add Vacations for my team?

While there is no designated project for days off, we encourage our users to make a separate Plan called Vacations (or Holidays, or Days off, or however you'd like to call such days on your timeline) in which you and your team can mark your time off. This gives you a few options:

• When you want to see all holidays, you can just go to Vacations Plan view.

• When you want to get an overall understanding of who's doing what and when are people on vacation, you can use Teams views. It's great for a big-picture overview. and for some smaller groups as per department (e.g., marketing, development etc.) too. In the Teams view, all the projects, vacations etc. associated with each person are visible in one place.
