Skills

Attaching skills to team members and tasks makes assigning and reassigning tasks faster and more seamless.


First, you must add skills to your team members by clicking on their names on the team timeline or in team settings. You can create skills in the same view. You can add up to five skills to each team member.

When you have attached skills to your team members and tasks, the team members with the relevant skills attached will be prioritized on the assignee dropdown.

To manage skills, you need to navigate to user settings and select the skills tab at the top.
