You can use tags to filter and organize your Plan tasks. Filters can be used for example to tag departments, priority, urgency, clients etc.
Tags are only available to tasks that belong to a Plan. They are visible on both, Plan boards and timelines. On timelines you can toggle them on and off from the right-top
Adding tags to tasks
To add tags to a task:
- Navigate to "tags" text input field on a task
- Select tags from the existing list
OR type new ones, if you need to and select them
- A tag is assigned a colour by default
A task can have more than one tag.
Editing and deleting tags
All tag names and properties can be edited:
- Navigate to "tags" in task popup
- Click on edit icon
- Change the name or the colour, or delete the tag altogether
