I subscribed to an annual plan, but I now need a refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

We do offer credit from the paid invoice should you need to end your plan early. That credit can be applied to a plan of your choosing as a payment method and will reduce invoice total until the credit runs out.
