Do I need to add VAT? Why isn't it working?

We are required to include VAT (Value Added Tax) on all invoices for European-based Users. This item will be displayed as a separate item. If you fill in your VAT code we will give you a 0% tax rate on invoices. Note* Estonian residents will always be charged VAT.

You can add your VAT while you're entering your Billing information. Please make sure to exclude your country code when adding the VAT number.

Having trouble adding it?

• Make sure you have typed your VAT numbers without any dashes or separators.
• Check that it's validated here: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/
• If it's not validated in the above link, we can't validate it for you as our system is strictly connected to VIES.
