Zoom Levels

To concentrate on either short or long term plans, you can choose a zoom level to suit your need. The switch for that is located on the bottom right-hand side. There are four different zoom levels to choose from: a week, month, three months or a year.

Weekly view

Perfect for keeping an eye on day-to-day tasks, weekly view is the most detailed view Toggl Plan offers.

Monthly view

Perfect for a general overview and scheduling, as it gives perfect amount of information on who's doing what and when.

3-Months view

Perfect for forecasting on what's next for the upcoming three months.

Annual view

This feature available only for paying customers. It highlights only the largest projects (all tasks that take longer than a week to complete), giving the perfect bird's eye view of everything that's been going on.

Annual view is a paid feature.
