The Business plan is for teams and managers who need a little extra when it comes to security and efficiency. It includes everything in the Solo and Team plans as well as the following features:
Availability Overview
See at a glance if team members are under or over booked, and how much free time they have in your chosen date range.
Time off
Time off is a convenient way to communicate the team’s time away from work. Use Time off to mark any full days off - be they annual leave, public holidays, sick leave or something else.
Google Calendar import
Import your Google Calendar events into Toggl Plan to accurately view everyone's availability and assign work to the people with the time to complete it.
Workspace guests
Grant and revoke access to specific Projects and Teams with Guest users. Perfect for working with freelancers and other external stakeholders, so you can control what they’re able to see.
Data export
Export historical Project or Team data into .csv for analysis, better overviews, and reporting.
Timeline and Project board compact view
Hide completed tasks in timeline and project board compact view.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single Sign-On feature (SSO) is provided by Okta. Once your workspace is upgraded to Business plan, please contact us at
support@plan.toggl.com for activation.
